Teacher Grants
Purpose
Support innovative teachers and staff in implementing great ideas that will enhance student’s education in the classrooms and on campus.
The number of grants awarded will be contingent upon the availability of funds. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and evaluated by the Teacher Grant Committee based on the criteria available here.

VAEF Board Approval - Early October

Application Process
Come up with an awesome idea!
Download packet (forms and info)—> Teacher Grants 2024-2025
Get a quote for your idea and fill out the Purchase Requisition Form
If items are not sourced from the VAISD approved vendor list, fill out new vendor forms (see packet from Step 2). If in doubt, please contact Mrs. Choate (8853).
Fill out the online application and upload completed purchase requisition + supporting docs (quotes, etc.): Application 2024-2025
Click submit in the online form by September 20 at 5pm. You will get a confirmation e-mail when submission is successful.
